1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2.Eligibility

Use of the tk887 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously. Failure to meet any single condition renders registration void.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number in your own name.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with tk887 or any voluntary exclusion program in effect at the time of registration.
• You must be using your own payment method — deposits and withdrawals must be made using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account registered in your own name.

3.Account Registration and Verification

To open an Account on tk887, you must complete the registration process by providing your Bangladesh mobile phone number and creating a secure password. tk887 uses OTP verification to confirm ownership of the phone number provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

• Each Player may register only one Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal or when an Account reaches certain activity thresholds. Requested documents may include a copy of your National ID card (NID) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.
• If you forget your password, use the password-reset function on the login page. tk887 support staff will never ask you for your password in any communication channel. Do not share your password with any third party.
• tk887 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is identified, or where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud.

tk887 does not charge a fee for account registration. Creating an Account does not obligate you to make any deposit. You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support, provided no outstanding balance disputes are pending.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk887 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk887 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may be subject to change.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and a formal account review being initiated.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Non-verified accounts may experience longer processing times. Same-day withdrawals are available for verified accounts submitting requests before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• tk887 does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount requested for withdrawal is the amount received by the Player, minus any applicable payment gateway charges imposed by the payment provider (not by tk887).
• A Player may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into their Account, or to a verified personal bank account or mobile wallet. Withdrawals to accounts not associated with the Player will not be processed.
• tk887 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.

In the event of a technical error during a deposit or withdrawal that results in an incorrect amount being credited or debited, tk887 will correct the error as soon as it is identified. Players are required to report any suspected transaction error to support promptly.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

tk887 offers various promotional bonuses to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonus funds and winnings generated from free spins must meet the specified wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• tk887 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and rollover is partially complete, the Player retains their pro-rated position.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging bets or to exploit promotions through coordinated multi-account play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if the rollover requirement is not met within the time period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.

tk887 loyalty program rewards are governed by the specific terms of the Loyalty Program, which are available on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the redemption mechanics of the program.

6.Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tk887 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the details of each bet — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. tk887 will not accept requests to void a confirmed bet on the grounds that it was placed in error.

• In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds (for example, odds published significantly out of line with market rates due to a technical fault), tk887 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts.
• For live in-play cricket betting markets, bets accepted after the official result of the relevant delivery, over, or innings has been determined are void. tk887 employs automated systems to limit this risk, but accepts no liability for bets accepted during a data feed delay.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by game type, event, and Player account status.
• tk887 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets placed by a single Player within a 24-hour period. The applicable maximum payout limit is communicated in the betting interface.

7.Responsible Gaming

tk887 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools that Players may use at any time to manage their gaming activity. These tools are designed to support players who wish to maintain control over their time and spending.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This helps prevent extended unplanned play sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, login access is disabled and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications showing their session duration and net gaming result, to support informed decision-making during play.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk887 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal referral where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix match results, coordinate bets on the same event, or otherwise distort the outcome of any game or market.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or creating accounts for third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a platform error are required to report it to support and must not exploit it — any winnings derived from a known exploit are void.

9.Account Suspension and Termination

tk887 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or providing false registration information.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame following a formal request from tk887.
• Where a Player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion. In these cases, any real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 working days.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the tk887 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of tk887 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of tk887. The brand keyword tk887 and all associated logos are trade marks of tk887 and may not be used without written consent.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk887's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows.

• tk887 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tk887 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• tk887 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, internet service interruptions, device malfunctions, or circumstances beyond tk887's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tk887's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.Amendments to These Terms

tk887 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk887 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact number on the Player's Account. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting support.
